10+ years experience in the design of wireless RF products, which have been manufactured and shipped in volume.

Experience with the design of RF design elements, including transmission lines, filters, power amplifiers, LNAs and matching components.

Proactively consider and resolve issues that may arise during production, testing, and deployed use.

Select components, debug, performance optimization, and design for manufacturability, taking into consideration overall and component-level operational envelopes, stacked tolerances, etc.

Bring-up and initial verifications of prototypes, measure, characterize and optimize for suitability to scope application.

Excellent organizational skills with fine attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Test requirements interpretation, Schematic diagram interpretation, knowledge of operating commercial test equipment for test and troubleshooting

Experience with Refurbishment and Repair requirements and processing of Government Furnished Material (GFM) or Equipment (GFE)

Typically requires a Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience

Experience designing test solutions for electronics

Preform post installation certification to assure compliance with manufactures specifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Telecommunications; or equivalent experience is required.

Experienced in the use of spectrum analyzers, signal generators, RF filters, watt-meters, multi-meters and other standard test equipment types.

Demonstrate knowledge of IP v4 and IPv6 networking, ability to configure modems/ routers, in addition to simple firewall policies/Access Lists.

Perform field upgrades of hardware, software, and firmware.

RF Engineer Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:

BS in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or Physics, specializing in RF engineering/electromagnetics + 4-6 years experience; OR

MS in EE or Physics, specializing in RF engineering/electromagnetics + 2-4 years experience; OR

PhD in EE or Physics, specializing in RF engineering/electromagnetics + 0-2 years experience

Preference will be given to candidates with experience in waveform synthesis and modeling
