Supervising Dispatcher Jobs

Serves as the project engineer on major mechanical and electrical engineering projects.

Coordinates, reviews, and inspects the work of contractors and consultants responsible for contract in progress or proposed.

Supervises and participates in the more difficult engineering investigations.

Serves as a consultant to Port divisions, City departments, other agencies and companies.

Prepares correspondence, including periodic and special reports.

Acts as the department head when needed.

Ability to determine subordinates' capabilities and schedule work assignments in accordance with skills

Hold certification in CPR/First Aid/AED Heart saver program

Assist with clerical duties i.e.; copies, answering telephones and making phone calls to parents

Organize the maintenance and distribution school supplies

Organize and run staff development meetings for school aides

Meets with the Principal, or other supervisory staff and/or teachers to discuss and coordinate work assignments Minimum Selection Criteria

Library services presentations to community groups and schools

Special events throughout the year such as Senior Fairs, Housing Day, Earth Day Festival, and other community events

Collaborations with local workforce development programs and partnership organizations to coordinate job fairs, resource fairs, and volunteer fairs

Lead the Student Success Card initiative

Master's degree from an accredited college or university in library or information science.

California driver's license at time of appointment.

Provides oversight/management of nursing programs, policies or procedures.

Schedules and makes work assignments to Respiratory Care Personnel;
