Validate sport equipment requirements for assigned sports/disciplines ensuring that all Olympic and Paralympic IF requirements have been scoped

Lead the recruitment process for all Sport Manager roles within assigned sports/disciplines

On-boarding and day-to-day leadership of all Sport Managers within assigned Olympic and Paralympic sports/disciplines

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required

Experience collaborating with colleagues across multiple functional areas

Extremely detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills

• Experienced in influencer sponsorships, cross-team coordination and/or project management

1. Collaborating with marketing manager to develop influencer marketing strategies and implement the campaigns;

• Ability to manage and build relationships with DJI’s existing and prospective partners (influencers and content creators);

• Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills; Strong analytical skills, high business acumen, and self-driven;

• Profound knowledge of North American social media and creative landscape.

Manage all university Club Account payouts and deposits.

Current CPR, AED, First Aid and Blood Borne Pathogens certifications or ability to obtain within 90 days.

Demonstrated administrative skills in: budget development and fiscal/statistical management; planning, implementing and evaluating programs; risk management.

Preferred Education Skills And Experience

Experience and skills in operating Mac OS X, Windows, and iOS operating systems as well as use of Apple iPads

Ability to thrive in an environment that values high expectations, accountability, and dedication to risk management

Master’s degree in Recreational Sports Administration, Physical Education or a related field is preferred.

Two years of experience in campus recreation administration is required.

Instructors are responsible for leveraging their expertise to deliver education services to students through:

Preparing course plans and materials

Recording grades and submitting reports

Creating and Maintaining core curriculum across the institution

Communicating and monitoring delivery of core curriculum

Doctorate or better in SPORTS MGMT or related field

Experience and certification working with the Smartabase Athlete Management System (AMS).

Advanced spreadsheet skills to facilitate data management, analysis, and reporting.

Position Summary: Support the delivery of sport science and data management best practices at IMG Academy

Engage and collaborate with sport coaches and APD staff to drive continuous education and program improvement through sport science initiatives.

Undergraduate degree considered with extensive applied experience.

Minimum of 2 years of applied sport science experience.

Work closely with Head of Partnerships and League operations to identify ideal partners and lead development, execution and management of relationships

Demonstrated and extensive leadership experience and capabilities to coach, inspire, and develop a team

Manage regular All Player Calls and League/Player communications

Conduct regular meetings, develop and manage timelines and deadlines together with the VP Sports Operations.

Must be comfortable with and equipped to work remotely

Necessary Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Licenses, Certifications, and Other Requirements:

Maintain working knowledge of the rules and mechanics of soccer.

General knowledge of soccer including rules and regulations preferred.

Previous site supervisory experience preferred.

Current certifications in AED/CPR/First Aid or the ability to obtain such certifications within thirty (30) days of employment.

Experience working with children and basic knowledge of various team sports

Ensuring training sessions are high energy, fun, safe, and creating a positive overall experience for participants

Excellent verbal and nonverbal communication skills, including the ability to listen and respond appropriately to children and adults

Previous coaching or camp experience preferred, but not required

Competitive wages based on experience – Lead Coach $20-30/hour and Assistant Coach $12+/hour

Leading youth camps and clinics in various sports - including basketball, volleyball, soccer, football, pickleball, cornhole, frisbee, and more!

Knowledgeable about the rules of the sports that are being offered.

CPR, First Aid, and AED certification required within 60 days of hire.
