Must be certified by the State to meet all requirements necessary to hold a Master Electrician rating

Experience with industrial electrical troubleshooting and repair is required.

Prior experience troubleshooting PLC programs is a plus, willing to provide on the job training

Off-season schedule: Four 10’s Monday – Thursday (weekends off)

Master Electrician license, valid in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Continuing education per Commonwealth requirements and recertification is a condition for employment.

High School, Vocational School diploma or GED is required. Experience is not accepted in lieu of this requirement.

Emergency and routine repairs are responded to within department timeframes and meet regulatory requirements.

Must be able to read, write, and perform arithmetic calculations at level generally acquired through a high school education.

Deep knowledge of fire alarms systems and working familiarity with automated building maintenance systems.

Effective verbal, electronic, and written communication skills using the English language.

Good time management and organizational skills

Coordinating daily activities with the Facilities Manager.

Review and provide the Facilities Manager with an estimate of project cost and completion timelines.

Coordinate with Ministry HVAC Tech, Plumber, Utility Manager, Land Maintenance Manager and Facility Manager as needed for various projects.

High school education or GED

Must have a Texas Master Electrical License, with 3-5 years of experience as a Master Electrician

+ Discuss and maintain lighting budget and scheduling with Production Manager.

+ Knowledge of operating, maintaining, and repairing lighting equipment

+ Skill with Vectorworks, Lightwright, and the Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel and Access).

No specific type or amount is required beyond that required for licensure.

Possession of a master electrician's license.

Demonstrated skill in practicing safety requirements and OSHA standards when working with hazardous energy, heavy loads, and when working overhead

Manage outside electrical contractors brought in for facility expansion needs if necessary

4+ years work experience in commercial equipment maintenance and repair

Working knowledge of construction and building codes, technology and standards

Preventive maintenance on panels, computer/server rooms and all other aspects of electrical maintenance, repair and troubleshooting

Determine the location and density of circuitry, evaluate load demand, isolate malfunctions, and incorporate engineering changes

May use computer systems to enroll in benefits and interact with other company data systems.*

Working knowledge of most recent NEC 70 code.

Experience/safety training for high voltage applications preferred.

5 plus years of hands-on experience in industrial electrical installations, trouble-shooting and maintenance.

Building and Construction- Knowledge of materials, methods, and the tools involved in the construction or repair of buildings, or other structures.

Mechanical- Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.

Major Job Function/Specific Tasks/Required Knowledge, Abilities and Skills:

Completion of formal apprenticeship program and at least three years on-site training and experience under the guidance of a licensed Electrician

Valid State of Minnesota Driver’s License

Prior work experience as a high-level mechanical and electrical maintenance technician

Must have welding and fabricating experience

The pay rate for this position is $28.00 - $30.00+ /hr based on experience

and skills. Plus an additional $1.50/hr for shift differential.

High school diploma plus the necessary amount of college or vocational education necessary for State of Wisconsin certification as master electrician.
