Senior Living Sales Counselor Jobs

Understanding of utilization management, benefits administration, and regulatory/compliance needs.

Build and manage direct sales and business development strategy within the health plan market

Developing a solid understanding of the organizational strategies, solutions and services to help health plans benefit by implementing our solutions

Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing preferred, or relevant experience.

8 or more years related sales experience with a proven record of successful growth contribution

Demonstrated experience exceeding sales activity, revenue, and profit goals

Providing tracking and follow-up with patients to ensure compliance and that any eligible benefits are successfully accessed.

Required Qualifications (as evidenced by an attached resume):

Conducting short-term and crisis interventions for individuals and families.

Organizing and facilitating groups for patients.

Collaborating with Optometrists to provide care to clinic patients.

Developing care coordination plans for patients as needed.

Manage the sales process. Guide families through their search process to final move in including follow-up with families.

Monitor vendors, housing providers, and other allies’ performance and customer service experience to maintain the company’s reputation and referral sources.

3+ years of experience with a documented history of success positioning and selling solutions in a quota-carrying setting.

Superior knowledge of the senior housing industry or ability to learn it quickly.

Build solid relationships with customers, vendors, and housing providers for referrals and sign contracts.

Developing and managing strategic partnerships to grow business.

2 years of experience as a senior living/skilled nursing administrator, executive director, director of operations or clinical manager.

Overseeing the overall direction of the facility.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field required; Master's degree preferred.

Prepares project reports for management, client, or others.

Confers with project staff to outline work plan and coordinate duties, and responsibilities of team members.
