Must have 1 year of cash handling experience

Must have 1 year of customer service experience

Conducts transactions at the register

Manage customer records and materials containing customer information responsibly.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Greet visitors and customers warmly, both in-person and over the phone, fostering positive relationships.

Provide cannabis information and educate customers about strains, consumption methods, effects, and precautions.

Continuously develop and maintain product knowledge to share features, benefits, and care instructions with customers; provide demonstrations to customers as needed/appropriate.

High school diploma or equivalent experience preferred

Experience in a retail, customer service and/or hospitality

Medical, Dental, Vision benefits plans available

Provides premium tier customer service including assisting patients with knowledge and understanding of the different cannabis products and dosage forms.

Supports managers, key stakeholders, and other consultants, as needed.

2+ years of customer service experience.

Experience handling high-dollar cash transactions.

Maintains a positive attitude and an ability to play nice with others in a team environment.

Remains up-to-date on industry trends and state regulations regarding cannabis consumption.

Sound knowledge of cannabis strains and their medicinal benefits.

Proven experience working as a Budtender.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Advising customers on suitable cannabis products based on their needs, preferences, budgets, and reactions to different strains of cannabis.

Keeping abreast of new cannabis products on the market as well as the latest industry trends through trade shows and research.

Processing customers' payments using the dispensary's Point of Sale (POS) system.
