Meet the minimum age requirement of 18 (on or before the first day of employment).
Studied, majored, or minored in psychology, education, special education, child care, behavioral health, health science, or a related field.
Have experience working with children, whether as a babysitter, nanny, tutor, teacher, coach, camp counselor, or some other form of childcare.
Work either one of the following shifts Monday through Friday (8am-8:30pm, 8am-6pm or 12pm-8:30pm) with Saturdays being optional.
