Bachelor’s degree and 3 – 5 years typical experience required, or a combination of education and relevant work experience.

Experience working in higher education working with students, faculty, teachers, and mental health professionals.

Experience working with grants post award.

Experience with Microsoft Office suite, Google forms, Adobe, Qualtrics, or similar systems.

Experience managing complex relationships with a variety of stakeholders.

Experience working with school administrators, districts, AEAs, work in K-12 settings.

Foster and maintain strong relationships with community partners and K-12 educational partners.

Maintain thorough knowledge of college programs, processes, and services in order to effectively guide prospective students through the admission/entry process.

Plan, develop, and implement campus recruitment-related promotional events as directed by the Director of Outreach.

Build on current outreach efforts to design creative and innovative ways to recruit and outreach to prospective students.

Lead weekly campus tours as needed.

Collaborate with the Communications and Marketing team to develop print, digital, and social media communications for targeted groups of prospective students.

Event planning, social media management, graphic design, website management.

Create and manage registration pages.

Manage the center’s social media planning and strategy, developing and publishing content across social channels.

Manages content on the center’s website, creating and updating copy and images for news, event listings, and other pages.

Demonstrated experience in a professional setting organizing events and communications.

Capacity to project manage and prioritize among competing priorities.

Excellent time management, project management communication skills.

Provide project management support and oversight for high volume recruiting

Utilize the ATS to manage job postings and candidate process

At least 2 to 4 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting is necessary.

Experience with building trusted advisor relationships to inform and influence business decisions among a diverse group of clients and colleagues.

Possess the ability to be a skilled communicator with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in related field such as gerontology, human services, communications, therapeutic recreation, or social work

Experience working or volunteering with older adults preferred

The Training and Outreach Coordinator

ensures stakeholders receive clear and effective communication about the

applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis.

1 – 2 years in related area and / or equivalent experience / training.

Bachelor's degree in related area and / or equivalent experience / training.

This is a 100% FTE career position, with guaranteed funding through June 30, 2027.

Continued appointment is contingent upon receipt of additional grant funding.
