Completes projects as directed by Real Estate Manager or Regional VP of Real Estate.

Processes and maintains vegetation control records, pest control records; property tax records; annual business license fee records; percentage lease records.

Processes all monthly “Lease Change Forms,” reports, and Lease audits.

Effective and efficient time management skills

Manage workload via information management system

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, geographic information systems and web based document management systems

Manage multiple projects with minimal supervision

Bachelor's degree strongly preferred. Relevant work experience will be considered.

Minimum of 3 - 5 years relative work experience

Create meaningful analysis to aid SPG Lending management’s strategic decisions

Assist in presentations for senior management on performance metrics and key initiatives

Assist development of web-based management reporting tool

Convert leads to sales and contracts

Experience and knowledge of consumer lending and the loan application process

Review loan applications to ensure compliance with academic achievement and data integrity requirements, and prepare loans for Underwriting.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Knowledge of student loans, credit reports, and the financial aid process is a plus

Contribute as a valuable team member in assisting student borrowers to navigate the lending process.

Collaborate with the School Services team to facilitate timely and accurate disbursement of tuition funds, and address any school-related concerns.

Strong partnership and collaboration skills across stakeholder teams including Sales, Delivery, and Product Management teams.

Collaborate with customers and Moody’s Sales and relationship management teams to discover, define, and formalize project engagements.

Technical skills related to C#, SQL, report writing, or knowledge of banking/lending systems architectures are a plus.

Partner with customers on specifying business requirements and short-term and long-term loan origination transformation goals and metrics.

Actively engage in project execution by translating business needs to the project delivery teams and ensuring alignment with client requirements.

Consult the project delivery team when critical decisions are required to help ensure customer business requirements and objectives are achieved.

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in real estate management

Coordinate requirements for real property acquisitions and develop project charters to initiate leasing actions and projects.

Bachelor's degree (Associates Degree with additional 3 years’ experience is acceptable)

Analyze and make recommendations on real property such as market rent variances, building types, and feasibility studies.

Draft and/or review realty correspondence including lease documents, design intent drawings, furniture layouts and floor plans.
