Quality Control Laboratory Assistant Jobs

AT LEAST 1 YEAR OF WORK EXPERIENCE ARE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE.

WORK EXPERIENCE IN QC LAB OR GMP MANUFACTURING OPERATIONS.

HPLC AND USP TESTING EXPERIENCE PREFERRED.

HAVE A 2 YEAR DEGREE OR MORE IN A SCIENCE FIELD.

Knowledge of G Suite and/or Excel, and data entry experience a plus

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to manage sensitive information with discretion

Collect and input quality information, including data entry and photo documentation

Visually inspecting all jewelry produced in house, and fine goods such as diamonds and gemstones to meet specifications and established standards

Communicate quality concerns and product information in a constructive and positive manner with QC Coordinator, Jewelers, Work Planner, Trainers and Merchandising

Must be extremely detail oriented and organized

Proper time management, efficient use of technical skills and company resources.

Some knowledge in handling of water-based polymer materials as well as the compounding processes, acquired either through experience or education.

Use knowledge and skills to develop new products and improve existing processes and products.

Perform any other tasks as assigned by management or senior leadership

To conduct laboratory work using best-practice laboratory techniques, and to consistently follow laboratory requirements.

Complete and maintain applicable training certifications as necessary.

Keeping our Quality Management System (Q-Pulse) updated with the most recent version of our SOPs

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Clinical or Laboratory Admin experience

Provide administrative support to our multiple teams

Communication by phone and email to clients and customers

Raising and processing Purchase Requisitions in-line with the company policy

Track down missing products as directed by Cheese Category Management Team

Document issues identified at inspection process to Import Manager

Performs other relevant job duties as required.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

A t least 1 year of work experience are eligible for this role .

Work experience in QC lab or GMP manufacturing operations.

HPLC and USP testing experience preferred.

Have a 2 year degree or more in a Science Field.
