4+ Experience with laboratory processes and practices, including cGMP compliance regulations required.

Professional experience with HPLC, UPLC, GC, Wet Chemistry, and Chromatography software.

Supervisory or team/project leadership experience required.

Be able to establish priorities, delegate responsibilities, and train, supervise and develop leaders and associates required.

Cooperates in Event Report Management and for all the implementation of relative corrective actions. Systematically records

Manages collaboration of measurement instruments and related certifications.

Must have knowledge of inspection and testing procedures, adjustment methods and certification processes.

Evaluates the qualifications of welders and Non-Destructive Test-NDT technicians with regard to the activities assigned.

Evaluates the qualifications of inspection personnel.

Checks the completeness and conformity to specified applicable requirements, standards and/or directives.

Conduct investigations of OOS, Deviations, Change Control Management, and CAPAs

Prior experience and knowledge in FDA GMPs (21 CFR, 210 and 211)

Manage the Quality Control team’s performance of analytical testing for various samples and incoming, in-process and final products

Good interpersonal skills that support working in a team environment

Three or more years of work experience in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, or Quality Management, required.

Previous people management experience, required.

Manage the selection of lots for seed production.

Practical laboratory supervision experience, strongly preferred.

Prior experience in Valuations with working knowledge of standard appraisal practices and procedures including USPAP.

3 - 5 years: Quality Control Experience

Request, Obtain, Review, and implement event paperwork, schedules, orders, transfers, and other similar documentation.

Maintain and lead communication channels with operations and sales team.

Maintain inventory and communicate all damage or inventory concerns to supervisors.

Leads, mentors, and coaches staff through routine one-on-one meetings, team meetings, and effective performance management.

Uses experience and knowledge to solve problems, make decisions or make plans for their area. Makes recommendations for department.

Prioritizes work of team based on input from management and is able to clearly communicates rationale for priorities.

Performance and coordination of environmental monitoring. Level 1 and 2 gowning qualification is required.

Advanced years of experience in Quality Control

Level 3 gowning qualification is required

Supervise the daily routine activities within QC. Make plans according to the requirements from production, logistics, R&D and other QC customers.

At least 5 years’ experience in similar field of a pharmaceutical laboratory.

Experience with GMP guidelines and creating GMP documents.

Coaching skills with strong communication preferred.

Review and approve in LIMS and Oracle for production Assist in the development and changes to the electronic sample handling systems.

Participate in recruitment of new staff, performance evaluation for subordinate, budget plan.

Communicates significant issues or developments identified during quality assurance activities and provides recommended process improvements to management.

Ensure hazardous waste is managed in accordance with regulatory requirements, and maintain databases. Manage relationship with hazardous waste vendor.

Conduct root cause investigation for off-specification results; address significant quality deviations with the Plant Manager and Corporate QA Manager for resolution.

Manage calibration and maintenance of lab equipment, recommending changes when appropriate.

Develops and maintains quality assurance documentation (test methods, quality plans)

Prepares test reports for internal and external customers

Manage and support quality personnel

Implement GMP requirements in quality operations

Assign responsibilities, delegate authority, recruit, select, orient and train employees

BS in Science or equivalent experience with minimum of 5 years’ experience as a quality supervisor

Excellent computer skills utilizing SAP and MS Office

Strong industry knowledge of dispensing business with strong compliance

Plan and organize own work assignments, as well as carry out tasks from management staff

Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors
