Quality Control Assistant Jobs

Provides recommendations and reports to management, as necessary/required, concerning quality control programs and processes.

Two (2) years of direct work experience preferred.

Possesses knowledge of and adheres to OSHA regulations and infection control standards

Exhibiting excellent interpersonal and communication (oral, written) skills

The LVN, Quality Control assists with inquiries by outside agencies during audits or reviews.

Assists in the development of processes and procedures to ensure quality patient services and compliance of professional standards.

Management of chemical and consumable inventory; stocking, restocking and assignment of expiry dates

Utilize SDS sheets to properly assess chemical hazards, spill response procedures, and PPE requirements if indicated

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Experience prolonged standing, some bending, stooping, and stretching.

Analytical laboratory experience in a GLP/GxP or a comparable federally regulated environment.

Ordering of lab chemicals, reagents, and consumables

Knowledge of G Suite and/or Excel, and data entry experience a plus

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to manage sensitive information with discretion

Collect and input quality information, including data entry and photo documentation

Visually inspecting all jewelry produced in house, and fine goods such as diamonds and gemstones to meet specifications and established standards

Communicate quality concerns and product information in a constructive and positive manner with QC Coordinator, Jewelers, Work Planner, Trainers and Merchandising

Must be extremely detail oriented and organized

Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skill

Reviews data and documentation within laboratory information management systems (LIMS) when applicable (e.g., Provantis, Watson).

Training support for standard operating procedures relating to records management.

Manages assigned workload with some to minimal assistance from coworkers and supervisor, depending on length of training.

HS diploma or equivalent and 7 years of related experience; or

Associate degree and 4 years of related experience; or

Track down missing products as directed by Cheese Category Management Team

Document issues identified at inspection process to Import Manager

Performs other relevant job duties as required.

Expert knowledge and understanding of Microbiology principles, theories, concepts and laboratory methodologies.

Must have demonstrated experience analyzing and interpreting technical results and summarizing these results in technical reports.

Strong knowledge of aseptic manufacturing and EM processes

Prepare employees for additional responsibilities; and keep the proper management informed of all significant information

Minimum 6 years industrial construction/maintenance industry experience

Rate of Pay: $25.00 - $35.40, Depending on Experience

Assist in planning and scheduling; enforce safe practices and job safety programs

Monitor all paperwork for accuracy, clarity and completeness; analyze the work to find a more productive cost-efficient method

Monitor performance and provide written evaluation, assistance and training to all assigned employees
