Bachelor’s degree and one year relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

Knowledge of GMP/ ISO compliance, and quality systems.

Applicable or related experience in a quality-related work in a cell therapy/biotech manufacturing setting

Experience with office software and database applications.

Excellent inter-personal skills and customer service focus.

Excellent partnership and stakeholder management skills

Ideally, experience in QA, Testing, M&T, or audit roles

Strong analytical skills and can use data to inform your approach and inform your recommendations

Excellent communication skills, both written and oral

Quality Assurance and Testing Program Manager

Experience with the overall management of organizational issues, non-conformances, and/or and associated corrective action planning and mitigations.

Applicable Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

Assist in the coordination of the Assessment and Issues Management Programs and report to the Issues Management Program Manager.

Proactively collaborate, support, and advise Fermilab staff in the areas of assessment planning/execution and issues management.

Continuously seek opportunities to improve and enhance the Assessment and Issues Management Programs.

Preferred/desired skills: knowledge of databases; causal analysis, data analysis, risk analysis, knowledge of US Department of Energy Orders and guidance documents.

Confident and comfortable with creating reports and presentations to upper management.

Program manage the RIS Factory White Glove Program assuring factory quality for high profile RIS customers.

Lean Six Sigma or other Quality certification preferred.

Strong analytical, statistics, and problem-solving skills.

Functional operation of typical AiO, tablet, and desktop PCs with applied knowledge to Retail Point of Sales hardware and peripherals.

Use of empirical and root- cause analysis and modeling to capture customer product issue experience for replication.
