CREDENTIALING QUALITY ASSURANCE AND TRAINING PROGRAM MANAGER

Remote/Hybrid, Seattle - South Lake Union

Three years of credentialing and privileging experience.

Management experience with 5 or more direct reports.

Certifications in Program or Project Management (i.e., Agile, Scrum, PMP)

At least 3 years in a Program Management Role

Manage the corrective action process up and through termination for conduct, performance, or attendance related issues.

Previous experience in a CX environment, especially eCommerce

Experience with speech to text analytics

Confident and comfortable with creating reports and presentations to upper management.

Program manage the RIS Factory White Glove Program assuring factory quality for high profile RIS customers.

Lean Six Sigma or other Quality certification preferred.

Strong analytical, statistics, and problem-solving skills.

Functional operation of typical AiO, tablet, and desktop PCs with applied knowledge to Retail Point of Sales hardware and peripherals.

Use of empirical and root- cause analysis and modeling to capture customer product issue experience for replication.
