Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

Assesses requests submitted to ensure both data and regulatory accuracy before being submitted to the vendor for publishing.

Enters and maintains data in workflow tracking tools. Works with business partners to ensure all data is accurate and up-to-date .

Identify and escalate document-related situations.

May participate in focused projects related to their scope of work.

Support for ICS’s mission of promoting accurate K-12 education about Jews, Judaism, and Jewish history Strong oral and written communication skills

Develop messaging, including written and verbal pitches, to make ICS’s brand and product offerings compelling to potential publisher partners

Manage end-to-end publisher engagement process, including helping to support our system for collecting and organizing information

Naturally charismatic, confident, enthusiastic, and skilled at building buy-in

Initiate communications with publishers about ICS’s value and services, and establish collaborative partnerships between publishers and ICS

Work closely with Executive Editor, Director, and others to ideate and execute outreach strategy to key decision-makers at publishing companies

Document Integrator / Desktop Publisher For Aircraft:

You are relentless in solving problems, work well in teams, and enjoy a challenge

Experience using illustration software is desirable.

Excellent spelling and grammar knowledge.

Experience using and editing DTDs, FOSIs, XSLT & Stylesheets is desirable.

Good observation, attention to detail and communication skills.

Maintain a good work-life balance with evenings and weekends off.

Manage strategic global publishers and explain the ID5 value proposition and its benefit in a cookie-less world

In partnership with the Marketing team, manage go-to-market and promotion efforts for publishers (newsletter, business cases, joint events, etc.)

3-5 years of experience managing relationships with premium publishers

An excellent communicator with strong relationships and presentation skills, fluent in English and ideally in a second European language
