Send, receive and decode teletype information.

Provide a variety of public information relating to law enforcement or fire activities as permitted.

Operate a variety of equipment such as a computer-aided dispatch (CAD) system, 9-1-1 telephone system and alarm monitoring system.

Train, supervise, mentor and support to Public Safety Dispatchers, including providing formal evaluations and coaching performance management.

Education equivalent to graduation from high school.

Experience with training software such as Agency 360, ADORE, or equivalent.

Develop curriculum and make program recommendations to the Emergency Communications Manager; and implement and evaluate program changes.

Accurately understand, deliver, and articulate Oracle’s Local Government value propositions to local government agency prospects and decision-makers.

Ability to demonstrate software solutions to agency leadership and end-users.
