Production Scheduling Assistant Jobs

Up to a 1 year of social service or other similar experience

Strong Computer Skills to include Excel, MS Word & Outlook

Bachelor's Degree in Education, Ministry, or Related Field.

At least 3 years of experience in the field or a related field.

Assist consumers with obtaining health insurance coverage

Valid NYS Driver License, This position can require the employee to drive to locations during their daily work schedule.

Exhibits working knowledge of integral scheduling software. Identifies and reports software issues.

Knowledge of curriculum and class scheduling related areas and processes (preferred).

Knowledge of software systems, including: SIS (Banner), room scheduling (CollegeNet 25Live), and class scheduling (CourseLeaf CLSS).

Knowledge of MS Office products, including: Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Word.

Knowledge of office methods, procedures, and equipment.

Strong organizational, critical thinking, and problem solving skills.

Organizing student registration information/preferences to build individualized academic schedules

Distributing academic schedules to all Five-Week students

Responding to requests for schedule changes and amending schedules based on availability and program policies

Computer literacy in Mac, PC required

Familiarity with Berklee curriculum preferred

Work with Manager to plan and coordinate production schedules.

Develop weekly production status reports for Manager.

Coordinate with Manager to develop and execute production plan.

Coordinate with production, purchasing and finance teams to develop and maintain scheduling parameters.

Three to five years’ experience or related training.

Excellent PC skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
