Preschool Kitchen Manager Jobs

Excellent communication skills and experience communicating with both hourly staff and company executives.

Conferring with the district manager or other departments regarding the technical and administrative aspects of dining service.

At least two years of experience coordinating food service operations.

Previous experience with industrial cooking.

Previous Restaurant Supervisory, Management, or Leadership experience

Understand management bonus structure and how your decisions and actions affect it.

Effectively communicate with kitchen, front of house, and managers using the Portal and shift meetings.

Ensures accurate period inventories are completed. Review with General Manager.

Must be able to communicate clearly with managers, kitchen, front of house staff and guests.

Some lifting and the movement of moderate loads require a 50-pound lifting requirement

At least 1 year of experience in a kitchen management role, preferably in a bakery or cafe environment

Train, manage and schedule kitchen staff, including hiring new team members

Develop and manage kitchen budget, inventory, and ordering

Knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment is a plus

Strong leadership and communication skills

ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain it

Qualified candidates must have 2-3 years experience managing a high volume kitchen

You love working in a fast-paced, multi-faceted Restaurant/Entertainment scene.

Manages assigned staff, including scheduling, performance feedback, discipline, investigations and terminations, responsible for ongoing training and professional development of staff members.

At least 2 years in food preparation experience in a fine dining high volume restaurant

Ensures proper staffing levels by recruiting, interviewing and hiring talented kitchen staff members following ATLA guidelines.

Responsible for feeding craftable foodager systems with recipes, vendors in order to control cost.

Sets operational goals and follow-up plans for the work unit. Directs and holds all work unit staff accountable for those goals.

Assists in implementation and maintains all kitchen systems

Work with management to create a well-balanced menu that meets state requirements

Previous experience in culinary arts, cooking, or other related fields

Knowledge of cost and food ordering systems

Coordinate food and kitchenware orders

Check freshness and quality of ingredients
