Powersports Rental Manager Jobs

Minimum of 6+ months experience in sales with demonstrated closing skills.

Sell motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and personal watercraft by understanding and demonstrating characteristics, capabilities, and features. Develop qualifying buyers and closing sales.

Possess knowledge of multiple brands and products in the powersports industry.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Riding experience and current motorcycle endorsement are desired, but not required.

Sell the passion and excitement of powersports to our customers.

Social media management for the dealership.

Competitive salary commensurate with experience and skillset ($35-44K/year).

2+ years of marketing or event experience required.

Create a weekly email campaign and newsletter.

Previous Automotive or Powersports internet sales management experience strongly preferred but not required

Manage incoming phone calls and internet leads with requests about Powersports Vehicles.

Communicate effectively with customers according to their preferred method of communication (phone, email, text) with exceptional email/writing skills.

Data Entry- Maintain accurate and thorough customer information and all interactions with guests into the CRM

Experience utilizing CRM systems such as Eleads, desired

Outstanding communication skills both verbal and written (including exceptional email skills)

Arrange lot and showroom by moving and parking vehicles in correct location per manager's direction

6+ months experience with detailing in an automotive or powersports environment

Experience working in an automotive dealership, powersports dealership, or auction environment desired

Skillful and capable of moving large, heavy motorcycles (some up to 850 pounds fully dressed)

Motorcycle endorsement and riding experience, preferred

Responsible for fleet reconciliation as well as overall inventory security and management

Manage rental unit inventory and ensure all reservations are met with the highest expectations

Perform other job duties as assigned to meet the business need

Experience riding all models, including large tour bikes (required)
