Reminder calls for both clinical and non-clinical appointments. Provide all prep instructions, appointment requirements, and any specific hospital protocols.

Leads or participates in change initiatives across and within the Site & Patient Access Business Unit.

BA/BS in the biological sciences or related discipline in the natural sciences/health care field (e.g. RN)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, database applications), email, and internet

2+ years of experience writing email, blog article, and print material content or equivalent combination of education and directly related experience.

Knowledge of and experience in all areas of digital marketing and strategy and an understanding of inbound marketing best practices.

Strong project management and very process-oriented

Experience or working knowledge with ad platforms and tools, data list and lead tools, and analytics platforms

Manage all consumer / patient engagement sections of the company’s website, including updating content, creating pages, and working with developers

Other digital marketing responsibilities as assigned

Utilize excellent telephonic sales skills to effectively communicate Landmark services and be able to overcome members objections

Uses critical thinking skills to create telephonic outreach strategies that are designed to maximize patient awareness and registration into Landmark’s program

Experience in a goals/sales capacity with demonstrated ability to hit sales targets/goals

2+ years of related experience in a sales, direct marketing or customer service capacity

Leverage reporting and dashboards to prioritize telephonic outreach to members

In coordination with Local Outreach Team, support telephonic outreach to non-engaged and engaged patients

Post-secondary scientific diploma/certification or 2 years minimum experience working in a healthcare setting

Identify appropriate study candidacy based on knowledge of sites’ recruiting and upcoming studies

remote location (preferably on the east coast).
