Ability to lead and develop a team?

Perform data entry and maintain data and statistics to track the effectiveness and impact of hotline services.

Previous experience working at a social service agency, nonprofit, or similar organization is a plus.

Previous experience working with complex systems.

Excellent analytical and organizational skills.

Functions well as a team member in a small office environment, remotely and in person.

Remote work with some in-person interaction with staff and colleagues.

- Work closely and collaboratively with the store management team.

T&C Surf is currently looking for full-time Manager Trainees to join our Store teams!

- 2-3 years of customer service experience.

- Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience.

- Strong communication and multi-tasking skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Control personnel expenses and assisting other managers

Effectively manage across multiple layers and departments within the organization

Minimum of 1 year Retail management or relevant experience required.
