Working knowledge of construction technology and details.

Base salary of $90,000-$130,000, depending on experience

At least 2 years of experience in construction management in the multi-family sector

Salary range of $60,000-$75,000, commensurate with experience

Strong knowledge of construction methods, techniques, and codes

Degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering preferred but not required

Proven track record as a Project Manager or APM

Experience installation, concrete, or steel construction is a plus
