Mill Accountant Jobs

Ad-hoc assignments from mill management or other projects as assigned

Manage month-end close process and reporting, general ledger reconciliations, account analyses, etc.

4-year degree in business, accounting, or finance or

3+ years' experience in a similar role; preferable in a manufacturing environment

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a working knowledge of Word and PowerPoint

Experience in Oracle financial system is a plus

Graduates of an accredited post-secondary Medical Assistant program or equivalent required (current certification NOT required)

Experience in a medical office setting, 1 year or more preferred. Urgent Care is a plus

Certified X-Ray (RT or LXMO) capabilities are a plus

Hourly pay depends on years of experience

Skill Sets needed at AFC: Triaging, vaccinations, blood draws, drug screens, set up of EKGs

Performs administrative activities associated with the effective management of facility operations, including compiling, storing, and retrieving operational data for reports.

Prepare written and oral reports on key business indicators for upper management and employees.

Assist in the planning, development, and implementation of organization policies and goals.

Assist in planning, development, and implementation of operating and capital budgets.

Analyzes division or department budgets and operating cost to identify areas in which reductions can be made.

Previous crane remote operating experience, preferred..

2 or more years of general labor experience within a construction, industrial or manufacturing environment.

One year of experience as an MA or CNA or other allied health experience

Completion of EMT Certification Program

Previous experience with manual labor in a fast-paced environment preferred

Knowledge of gardening, farming, and/or landscaping preferred

Assistant Paper Mill Superintendent – Hopewell Paper Mill

HOW YOU WILL IMPACT WESTROCK:

· Supervises the daily functions of the shift supervisors.

· Helps troubleshoot problems on machines.

Previous experience in a high production laundry is preferred.

Receives and sorts, soiled linen into designated classifications.

Operates automatic cart washer, as required. Removes linen carts from cart washer exit.

Operates flatwork ironer, small piece folders and fold linen following predetermined standards. Processes specialty items.

Identifies each linen distribution cart with proper labels and tags, covering all linen carts prior to transport.

Fold and store linen to maintain cleanliness standards.
