Merchant Payments Specialist Jobs

Utilize your experience to recommend systems and tooling to help scale the merchant underwriting program through automation and product improvements

3+ years of experience in merchant credit risk underwriting and KYC/KYB programs

3+ years of experience with eCommerce and online payments, chargebacks, and risk analysis

Ability to effectively communicate complex information across multiple work groups with varying levels of knowledge

2+ years of fraud experience

Use a combination of credit risk data points, judgmental credit risk tactics, and other risk analysis to underwrite merchants

Basic computer skills – comfortable using tablet and Bluetooth equipment and basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM

Interact with multiple levels of support including Operations/Sales, Finance, and tech support

Prior experience with POS sales and implementation is a plus, but not required

Have a valid driver's license and a car (NRS offers a mileage reimbursement program)

Drive the completion of the application process, follow-ups, and close deals

Help our customers understand how to use our services effectively
