Support high-profile and high-volume delegated examining and merit promotion recruitment activities for various agencies.

Review job analyses, assessment questionnaires, job opportunity announcements, rating, and certificates.

Work as a part of a team, and mentor and train HR Assistants.

High school diploma required; or equivalent work experience/education greatly preferred

Must have at least 1 year of sales experience

Successfully and strategically match employee skill sets to customers' hiring needs

Implement and manage detailed marketing programs for sales calls, direct mail, in-office demonstrations and public relations for assigned branch

Nurture strong business partnerships by providing exceptional customer service skills and implementing customer development & retention strategies

Must have sales experience at least 1 year

Support generating offer letters, employee on boarding and new employee orientation as needed.

Eight (8) or more years' federal staffing experience.

Hands on experience with Monster Government Solutions, HR Connect (People Soft)

Conduct interviews and evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for the organization.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with candidates and hiring managers.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on the recruitment process.

Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring clear and timely communication.

Facilitate the offer process, negotiate terms, and present job offers to selected candidates.

Good organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills

Bachelor's or Associates degree Preferred in Human Resources Management or a related field

Provide assistance to new hires during their onboarding process by answering any queries about tasks, log in information, offers, and agreements.

Verify medical licenses and certifications during the onboarding process

Preferred experience working in a Human Resources Department with a focus in On-boarding

Preferred Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (iCIMS) and Resume Databases

Supports patient participation in the educational, recreational and therapeutic activities as defined in the patient’s individualized treatment plan.

Licensure, certification, or registration, as required by state law/regulation and as required by the contracting employer.

Meets other state specific requirements as applicable.

Good interpersonal and organizational skills.

Administers medications as permitted by state law or regulation, and in accordance with the contracting employer’s policies and procedures.

Prepare critical staffing analysis materials for regular Partner and management meetings

Actively assess and analyze attorney workloads, experience, interests, feedback, and availability to effectively staff them on matters

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of firm legal products and how they overlap with attorney expertise to ensure nuanced staffing on cases

Effectively communicate case needs and manage attorney expectations regarding their workload

Collaborate with system managers (3E, Handshake) to identify opportunities for efficiencies in LS&U operations

Possess strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to details and accuracy

Prior experience sourcing healthcare professionals (physicians, nurses) preferred. Veterinary experience is a plus!

Prior experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Experience with Lever a plus!

Experience maintaining a high volume of sensitive information and building scalable structure around data.

Experience working independently with little direction; able to work in ambiguous environments and comfortable with the unknown.

Strong communication skills (especially written) with a focus on proper grammar and spelling.
