Experience with laboratory work, preferentially routine work with large sample sets and/or service organizations is a plus.

Experience with modern web development and D3.js. Knowledge of JS frameworks like Svelte, React or Vue is a plus.

Significant experience using data and statistics in journalism to create content across different platforms in a national or international newsroom

Experience commissioning, editing and developing data stories and working collaboratively with other journalists and departments

Experience synthesising and presenting complex information in an appealing and innovative way

Statistics and analysis experience: familiarity with quantitative methods in social science as well as data analysis languages like R or Pandas

Substantial experience with and training in access to information laws, including FOIA, in different jurisdictions

Strong time management and organizational skills.

Experience with Skills to use like ATS, Outlook, CRM, Word, Excel, and Google products with proficiency.
