Preferred Experience in Corporate Legal Department

Assist the Manager and Legal eBilling team in providing a metrics framework to streamline review of Legal Department RFPs

3 – 5 years’ work experience required in similar role

Manage a team of US-based data operations analysts

Must have: A Bachelor’s degree in MIS (Management Information Systems) or ICS (Information Computer Science)

Must have SQL programming experience

Must have Visual Basics experience

Maintain contract archiving processes within Ironclad, G-Suite, and any other associated system

You have an interest in becoming proficient in other tools used to support commercial legal teams, including tools utilizing cutting-edge technologies.

Manages the entry of treatment authorizations into the electronic health record system

Remains current with treatment authorization requirements and processes for assigned payers

Performs general maintenance and clean-up of the electronic health record system

Extracts data from the electronic health record and other systems to monitor and track program outcomes and performance indicators

Responds to internal and external requests for data

Excellent administrative and organizational skills

Experience with virtual meeting set-ups (incl. webcasts)

Develop presentations across various topics including strategy, forecasting, and budgeting, and outside counsel management.

Law Firm and Legal Vendor Management

Minimum of five years' experience in analytics, metrics, finance, or another similar role required.

Liaison with finance and accounting teams and Department leadership to develop, communicate and facilitate adherence to budget.

Manage the administration of the Legal Operations SharePoint site and content.

Manage vendor subscriptions including assessing usage and replenishing purchase orders.
