Human Resources Training Specialist Iii Jobs

Collaborate with learning management team to design, facilitate, or support online training opportunities.

Manage training requirements records locally, nationally, and internationally according to industry best practices.

Must be able to work independently to develop solutions for complex problems based on facts, experience, and judgment.

Working knowledge of developing and facilitating Training and Development programs across a broad curriculum and broad employee base

Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Business, or Communications

10 plus years manufacturing experience

Assist employees, directors, managers, supervisors, principals, area superintendents and other administrators with their personnel concerns.

Areas of Responsibility and Preferred Qualifications will include:

Plan and oversee the conversion of the district's personnel/payroll files.

Create and provide presentations and training materials for principals, administrators and teachers.

Assist in preparing the budget for the Personnel Records Department.

Salary Range: $62,978 - $90,180
