They must be able to explain the different coverage options and help clients understand the different deductibles, co-pays, and other costs associated with the plans. Health Insurance Agents must also be able to help clients complete the necessary paperwork to enroll in a plan. They must be able to explain the different forms and help clients fill them out correctly.
