Manage, interview and recruit the team necessary to achieve critical business outcomes in information technology

Lead internal efforts to achieve industry and government information security certifications

15+ years' experience in overall IT (Product Management, development, and Software Engineering) with hands on knowledge and getting into the details

8+ years’ experience with enterprise level program/project management, enterprise architecture, digital technology, consulting, and/or management experience

Understand the regulatory market, security solution, secrets management, and identity / authorization solutions, and solutions that reduce risk

10+ years' managerial experience directly managing high-performing technology teams with demonstrable and measurable results

Deep consumer product knowledge and passion around emerging technologies and how they will change consumer experience

Drive objectives, key risks, and metrics to measure the success of the products and digital experiences put into the market
