Utilize extensive knowledge of basic engineering fundamentals and practices to track and budget progress with project milestones.

At least 10+ years’ related experience and/or training, specifically in the energy industry

Coordinate training and compliance measures to ensure project procedures are followed.

Identify and secure necessary approvals for all changes in project scope, budget and/or schedule.

Provide ongoing training and mentoring to entry and midlevel engineers to promote employee development.

Bachelor’s degree in engineering in any discipline from a four-year college or university

Coordinates meetings between design, project management and construction management staff and compiles information necessary to develop project execution plans.

Manage project set-up preparation and compile documentation updates.

Position requires ability to work independently, demonstrating accuracy, reliability, organization and problem-solving skills.

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required.

Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, communication skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.

Resolves questions regarding the project; research and provide appropriate answers.

Project Management Institute PMP certification preferred.

Act as the Owner’s Representative for EPC, Contract Management for utility-scale wind, solar and battery projects in the United States.

Conceptual knowledge of NEC and NFPA code requirements preferred.

Supervise and coordinate activities of internal team of engineering, procurement, legal, finance, and accounting.

Superior communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.

Superior stakeholder leadership skills required.

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field combined with 10+ years of experience or equivalent

Excellent teamwork, communication, leadership, people skills, and solid time management skills are key to success in this position

Manages and oversees field operation and engineering processes and procedures and directs the execution of projects using the Quality Management System

Demonstrated success in the Project Management function of a construction firm

Leads project teams by building and motivating their members to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones

Manages project and program risks and opportunities to mitigate negative impacts and maximize upsides

Experience in EPC contract negotiation, set-up and management

Ensure effective coordination, information sharing and hand-off to the Construction Management team, highlighting key project risks, background, and open tasks.

Communicate findings/recommendations with management and support business collaboration with key stakeholders.

Work collaboratively with other operations team members on project execution and process development including project procurement, construction management, and project controls.

Regular attendance, in accordance with company's attendance policy and supervisory assignment, is an essential job duty requirement for this position; and

Analyze EPC capabilities and present idea for the expansion plan of the organization

9+ years of relevant industry experience including utility-scale solar EPC project management.

Manage full EPC projects from design through construction.

Experience managing engineering, procurement, and construction for EPC projects.

Experience managing construction teams directly in both a direct-hire and union construction environment.

Experience being the single point-of-contact, including managing the bottom-line, for at least 1 utility-scale solar EPC project from cradle-to-grave.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Assist project management staff with project tracking, schedule updates, budgets, cash flows, purchasing and preparation of project deliverables.

Bachelor’s degree required. Project/Construction Management focus is a plus.

Attend client meetings, keep meeting minutes and assist with determination of project requirements.

Track & manage anticipated project memos, insurance certificates, RFIs, submittals, change notices and change orders.

Experience and/or understanding of commercial or industrial construction is a plus.
