Global Supply Manager Battery Raw Materials Jobs

Responsible for quality event management (deviations, investigations, change control) related to method qualification / validation.

Provide technical and strategic functional oversight, including resource management/operational management for method validation, transfer and testing of Raw Materials.

Manage outsourced qualification / validation and GMP testing of methods at CMOs or CTLs.

Extensive technical writing experience in drafting analytical method transfer, qualification and validation protocols, reports, and method SOPs.

Review and approve method qualification / validation protocols and reports, may need to author method qualification / validation protocols and reports.

Collaborate with Analytical Development Scientists, Formulation, Process Development, Conjugation to gain the necessary method and product knowledge.

2 years experience of technical support and life sciences regulatory

2 years experience of Regulatory and/or Compliance

Perform key functions in support of the Business Unit's mission and ensure quality.

Work closely with suppliers, customers, and the Regulatory team to ensure technical requests are met.

Update the technical product folders and ensuring their accuracy.

Monitor quarantined inventory and advise disposition of such goods.

Must have strong problem solving, interpersonal, team, project management, bench and communications (oral & written) skills

Must possess strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills

1-3 years of experience in color cosmetic with an emphasis in emulsions and/or lipstick based products.

Technical Skills (i.e., SAP, MS Office, etc.)

Support management of raw materials allocations & constraints.

2+ years of experience in planning, or other relevant roles

Experience in analysis and ability to work with complex models/spreadsheets

Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple Priorities balanced with quality work needed to support the team.

Strong people, communication and influencing skills.

Must be a team player and demonstrate successful experience working in a cross functional team environment.

An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key job accountabilities may be considered

4 years of related Supply Chain experience is required

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain Procurement or a related field or a combination of education and equivalent experience.

2+ years of experience in Battery Value Chain processes.

1+ years of experience in trading lithium resources and commodities.

1+ years of experience in the mining industry.

1+ years of experience in precious metals allocation and procurement.

Management experience is essential - ideally in managing a team of analysts.

In depth experience in commodity analysis.

Lead team to develop, produce and update house forecasts for Battery Raw Materials.

Develop and maintain marketplace contacts to stay abreast of industry developments.

Act as a spokesperson for BRM content.

Leading a team of analysts and senior analysts.

Have a minimum of 5 years experience in Materials Planning and Execution.

Communicate key supply, cost, and/or quality issues with management teams and develop corrective action plans to mitigate identified risks

Manage respective supplier relationships and performance, including but not limited to dispute resolution, supplier scorecards, and periodic business reviews
