Experience with active negotiation and strong decision-making skills

Manage product and material purchase order cycle from purchase to delivery.

Manage component artwork transitions to minimize obsolescence.

2-5 years of relevant and progressive supply chain or procurement experience

Strong knowledge of supply chain and planning logic in cosmetics, personal care, CPG, and FDA regulated industries.

Experience with ERP systems and processes - experience with NetSuite and/or Oracle Supply Chain Planning Cloud a plus

Solid experience with supply contract management, contract models and industry terms and conditions. Proven negotiations skill is a must

Very strong work-ethic, communication skills, multi-tasking abilities and innovative thinking with a focus on challenging and improving the status-quo

Finance – CAPEX, modeling, optimization, alignment on payment methods

5+ years of relevant experience in Solar Industry, preferably in Procurement or Commercial

Experience managing large strategic equipment procurement tenders, and diverse procurement strategies

Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability
