Computer Skills- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); Kaledo is a plus!

Having western/ag industry knowledge or experience is a plus!!!

Assists in designing product lines and creating original art work for new fabrics, screen print graphics and various trim items.

Contributes to conceptualization and implementation of the line; communicates effectively to ensure product execution according to design intent.

Assists with the preparation of the presentation boards as needed.

Attends fittings and meetings as required and provides input/feedback as necessary.

Sound computer skills and experience using web-based applications, social media and content management systems;

Educational Qualification and Work Experience:

Maintain and manage the website, including routine post updates and edits and adding additional content and features;

Experienced in website development and high familiarity with WordPress;

Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is an asset (portfolio or website demonstrating previous experience is preferred);

Extensive knowledge of advancements and trends in web design and development;

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required

Focuses on understanding our guests through competitive patterning, trend patterning, and in-store experience.

Scheduling and assisting our Retail Manager in the planning and execution of local events and Trunk Shows/Fashion Shows

Assist with vendor correspondences and following up on orders

Assist with Visual Merchandising presentations

Coordinate with the Marketing Departments on promotional materials for events

(5) years of professional work experience in operations, project management, strategy, design, or relevant industry

Proficient in Keynote, Powerpoint, Miro, and experience with project management software such as Smartsheets, Airtable or Asana (strongly preferred)

Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent combination of education, experience, and training

Experience with, or working knowledge of creative software such as Adobe Creative Suite (preferred)

Knowledge of product creation processes + design thinking (strongly preferred)

Experience working with creative teams in a studio/agency environment (strongly preferred)

Communicate design progress to experienced designer.

Proficient in production of working drawings: Space planning, floor plans, furniture plans, finish schedules (AutoCAD and/or Revit experience a plus)

Good communication skills to interact effectively with individuals at various levels of an organization both within and outside the company
