Overview A FSP Case Manager is responsible for providing case management services to families and individuals who are receiving financial assistance from the Family Support Program (FSP). The Case Manager is responsible for assessing the needs of the family or individual, developing a plan of action, and providing support and guidance to ensure that the family or individual is able to achieve their goals. Detailed Job Description The FSP Case Manager is responsible for providing case management services to families and individuals who are receiving financial assistance from the Family Support Program. The Case Manager is responsible for assessing the needs of the family or individual, developing a plan of action, and providing support and guidance to ensure that the family or individual is able to achieve their goals. The Case Manager will work closely with the family or individual to identify and address any barriers to success, and will provide resources and referrals to help the family or individual achieve their goals. The Case Manager will also provide ongoing monitoring and support to ensure that the family or individual is making progress towards their goals. Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, or a related field
• At least two years of experience in case management
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check
