Walk property to ensure presentable. Enter work orders, send violation notices for unsightly balcony/patio, and report any issues to management.

Understanding of property management software, including Yardi, is a plus.

6 months to 1-year related customer service experience.

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.

Is accountable for the responsibilities of the position; accepts constructive criticism in a positive manner.

Compensation: Up to $18/hr depending on previous experience

Assist in the lease renewal process performing duties as assigned by the General Manager or Assistant Manager.

Ideal candidate will have previous apartment industry experience.

Must have good interpersonal and customer service skills.

Ordering any needed office supplies with the approval of the Property Manager

Assuming daily operations of the property when Property Manager is not available

Completing all job-related tasks assigned by Property Manager or Property Supervisor

Display thorough knowledge of the property and industry trends in order to manage or anticipate financial gains/liabilities.

Confirm that new residents have received the Foulger-Pratt experience within 7 days of move-in.

Participates in weekly initiatives to ensure competitive pricing, marketing, advertisements and evaluating opportunities.
