Minimum 3 years prior management experience in an entertainment venue

Ensure positive and creative environment for management team

Ensure information is distributed to Operations Managers in a timely basis

Ideal candidate has experience directly related to the concert promotion or venue management business.

Assist booking and management team with pre-litigation dispute resolution efforts.

Excellent organization skills and ability to manage high volume under tight deadlines.

Minimum of one year experience as a lawyer, negotiating and drafting sophisticated legal transactions and agreements.

Experience in interacting and communicating with all levels of operations.

Two (2) years of supervisory/management responsibilities. (This experience may be included in the required experience listed above.)

Five (5) years of experience in any of the follow:

Bachelor's degree in a business, public administration, or social science field.

Valid driver’s license with good driving record

Perform a range of administrative and marketing support duties for the Regional Marketing Management Team

Extensive music knowledge: event planning, concert or sports marketing experience preferred

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

1-3 years of prior experience in event assisting/planning or marketing experience within an entertainment, sports or public assembly facility setting

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Strong collaboration skills - can work well with navigating various stakeholders and teams

Combination 4 plus years’ experience as Production Manager, promoter rep, or event coordinator; general knowledge of venue operations preferred

Coordination between tour/private production and venues. Advancing and obtaining presale technical information, including production needs, rider requirements, staging and capacity changes.

Coordinate and manages approved subcontractors and third party vendors to ensure safe, efficient and successful events.

Possess strong organizational, communication, interpersonal and analytical skills with attention to detail/problem solving skills

Show settlement, artist and vendor payments on events

(State or County Licensee or Certification Requirement )/ Responsible Alcohol Awareness Training Certification or Equivalent

Impeccable knowledge in the steps of delivering service for up-scale dining

Stays current and is knowledgeable on the latest drink trends

Deep knowledge of how food, wine, beer, spirits and other beverage work in harmony with food selection

Attend pre-shift meeting conducted by Manager on Duty prior to start of each shift

Coordinate with house photographers and manage content they provide

Maintain current knowledge of the venue brand, organizational and department policies and procedures

Adhere to all confidentiality requirements for corporate, strategic, and marketing information

Skills in creative platforms – Canva, Adobe Creative (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) etc.

Knowledge of current social media platforms and trends

Excellent oral and written communication skills; communicates effectively and courteously with all contacts – internal and external

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance

Zero to one-year comparable work experience

Quality problem solving and communication skills

Possess excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Maintain and record routine accounting transactions such as Ticketmaster and Groupon pushdown reports.
