EDI Support Specialist job is responsible for providing technical support to customers and internal staff in the use of EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) systems. This includes troubleshooting, installation, configuration, and maintenance of EDI systems.

What is EDI Support Specialist Skills Required?

• Knowledge of EDI standards, such as X12, EDIFACT, and XML
• Proficiency in EDI mapping software
• Ability to troubleshoot and debug EDI systems
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

What is EDI Support Specialist Qualifications?

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in EDI support
• Knowledge of EDI standards and protocols
• Experience with EDI mapping software
• Understanding of EDI data formats
