Document Generation Specialist Jobs

2+ years prior experience working in related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in document management, preferably in a manufacturing or engineering environment.

Strong knowledge of document management software and tools, including version control and access control systems.

Manage the document control system, including version control, access control, and security measures to protect sensitive information.

Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to documentation and recordkeeping, including environmental regulations and safety standards.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

· Offer suggestions for change and/or improvement where there is an opportunity to do so

· Excellent interpersonal, customer service, verbal and written communication, and problem-solving skills

· Knowledge of law firm, healthcare, and corporate operations workflow processes preferred

· Prior experience with mass tort, patient medical records, including medical device and pharmaceutical terminology is preferred

· Knowledge of Spanish language is a plus

· Effectively communicate with medical facilities to obtain necessary information required to open and access digital files

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Drives day-to-day management and procurement of expected artifacts; performs metadata checks /missing items assessments.

Track and communicate TMF /document management trends and issues to the Study Execution Team Lead (SETL).

Associate’s/Bachelor’s degree or a combination of relevant education and applicable job experience may be considered

Thorough knowledge and understanding of regulatory authorities, GCPs, ICH guidelines and regulatory requirements for TMFs

Knowledge of ALCOA document standards

Report creation and submission, as needed for the Funding Source requirements, with critical need for accurate and timely reporting.

Exceptional communication and writing skills

Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution skills

Embrace technology, good working knowledge of office machine technology, ability to learn new software.

Ability to work remotely and engage customers from various virtual and tele platforms.

Demonstrated success working with people from a variety of backgrounds which may include disabilities, criminal history, homeless, family violence, poverty etc.
