Director Of Property Manager Jobs

Advanced knowledge of auditing, finance, and accounting theory and procedures.

Acts as a technical expert providing financial, accounting, economic, and auditing consultation for adjusters and attorneys.

Testifies as an expert financial/economic witness at trial or deposition. Provides support in mediation and arbitration activities.

Presents findings and recommendations in a cohesive, articulate, and actionable manner to Regional Leaders and Vice President.

Conducts periodic competitor analysis on focus areas to support improvements in targeted areas.

Strong foundation in economic and data analysis concepts and techniques.

Manages vendors for property IT requirements functioning as escalation point for problem resolution.

BS/BA or equivalent work experience. Additionally, 3-5 years experience in like position.

Previous experience in IR Global Field Services or Marriott Systems Support desirable.

Monitors, verifies and manages the acquisition and maintenance of property based systems.

Manages IR activities to ensure the property infrastructure and applications systems are functional at all times.

Maintains inventories and manages IT hardware/software.

Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, Revenue Generation systems, Custom Show, Wide Orbit is a plus.

Cultivates and manages relationships with brands and develops meaningful strategies to bring in new revenue.

Minimum of 8-10 years’ experience in business development in an Advertising Sales capacity

Experience in College /High School MMR, Team Sponsorship and Sports Arena Sales is a plus

Must have interest and knowledge of the sports industry and sponsorship sports sales

Superior public speaking and persuasive presentation skills
