Oversee the preparation and analysis of monthly management reports and other analytics.

Oversee the preparation of presentations for Senior Management.

People management, including hiring and talent management for team members

Part of local management team and contribute to growth and initiatives within Powai office.

Minimum five years of managerial experience

Excellent communication skills and organizational savvy with experience managing teams

Conduct due diligence on potential investments, including financial analysis, industry research, and management interviews

Manage the execution of transactions, including negotiation of terms and documentation

Monitor and manage existing investments, including ongoing analysis of performance and risk

Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or related field; MBA preferred

Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in private credit investing or related field

Strong analytical and financial modeling skills

Leading the execution and management of new investments in the energy transition sector;

8+ years’ experience with at least 2 years spent in Private Equity;

Experience in energy transition, renewables or infrastructure;

Outstanding verbal and written communication skills: exceptional critical thinking, quantitative, and analytical skills;

The Director will be responsible for:

Conducting due diligence and financial analysis on potential investment opportunities;

You may qualify at the GS-13 level, if you fulfill the following qualification requirements:

U.S. International Development Finance Corporation (DFC)

Lead preparation of investment memos by synthesizing due diligence analysis to present potential investments to various committees for approval.

Create financial models, valuation analyses, and conducts sensitivity analyses to test investment assumptions and key economic drivers.

Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role within a fund manager or placement agents

Conduct Due Diligence on the funds, fund portfolio etc

Lead on GP fundraises, managing relationships and projects

Raising capital for PE, Private Credit and VC funds

Advise the client on market proposition and strategy

Produce relevant marketing materials (Pitch books, teasers, IM etc)

Foundational training at a top tier investment bank, project finance division, or management consulting organization.

Tight management of DD vendors and process as demonstrated by deadlines and budgets met and reported in regular updates.

Effectively leads key management recruitment efforts.

Manage, develop and support associates - model what success looks like.

Experience as an investor and/or operator driving post-investment, value creation plans.

Successful experience managing teams and strong leadership and motivational qualities.

Project Management for the fundraising process, content, and diligence activities

8-10 years of IR experience

Key player in executing the annual investor meeting

Responsible for all investor materials to include marketing materials, investor communications, board meetings, etc.

Create and review fundraising materials to include PPM, DDQs, fund documentation, etc.

Handle LP requests and update investor information as necessary
