Hr Decision Analyst Jobs

Experience creating, analyzing, and tracking People Analytics through HCM systems and Microsoft Power BI.

Experience working with HR organizations and has moderate understanding of fundamental HR practices.

Strong oral and written communication skills and can support HR positions relative to People Analytics issues.

Experience with Tableau and Microsoft BI Platforms.

Experience with document transformation, XML, XSLT.

Advanced Excel skills. (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP and other complicated formulas.)

Uses appropriate tools and techniques to elicit and define requirements that address relatively simple business processes or projects of low complexity

2 or more years of related experience preferred

Proven knowledge of revenue management context, including resource allocation, pricing, and demand forecasting

Five years of related data and analytic experience.

Experience writing advanced SQL queries against databases.

Experience building programs in tools such as Databricks, R, or Python.

Experience using data within cloud environments such as S3, RedShift, Snowflake.

Experience leading and managing complex projects.

Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle shifting priorities.

Experience working on large-scale multidimensional data using knowledge of open-source cloud-enabled analytical programming languages.

Awareness of tag management solutions such as Google Tag Manager or the Tealium product suite (e.g., iQ, AudienceStream, EventStream, etc.).

Leverage Google Analytics to identify trends associated with Travelers.com Personal Insurance pages and various online quoting capabilities.

Three years of related data and analytic experience.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain analyses with business partners.

Work with employee experience team to build training and development programs for management, employees and consultants

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related field

3+ years’ experience in a similar role (an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered)

Previous experience with HR program implementation

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Prior experience with HRIS systems and reporting

Assesses employee disciplinary and performance evaluation documentation to inform recommendations to management.

One year of progressively responsible financial planning, financial analysis, and budgeting, reimbursement or accounting experience is preferred.

Healthcare-related finance background is preferred.

Lead workforce planning and management activities including staffing level planning, time keeping, job bidding, shift assignment, and employee data management

Execute and administer various responsibilities associated with turnover and absenteeism data collection and analysis

3+ years of Human Resources or Human Resources Administrative experience

Knowledge and exposure to Lean Manufacturing Systems, such as World Class Manufacturing

Critical thinking and analytical skills regularly to identify issues and trends while developing solutions and/or recommendations to address the root cause

Strong written and verbal communication skills

1-3 years of HR related analytics experience.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to interact effectively across all organizational levels.

Experience working in a consumer-centric company with teams of technical professionals in a cross-functional environment.

Hybrid-3 days in office/2 remote per week

Participates in broader corporate data and analytics projects on an as needed basis.

Undergraduate degree in Business, Economics, Decision Sciences, Statistics, Operations Research, Applied Mathematics, Engineering, or other quantitative or social science field.
