Coordinator Of Youth And Young Adult Ministry Jobs

Communication, computer, time management, organizational, audio/visual, and social media skills

Bachelor's Degree in Theology or related field or the equivalent work / ministry experience

Implement the eight components of Comprehensive Catholic Youth Ministry as defined by the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops

Be present in teenagers' lives by attending school plays, sports events, etc, to perform relational ministry

Communicate, advertise, and invite teenagers and parents through digital, print, and social media

High School Ministry - Recruit, train, form, and supervise a volunteer team, leveraging Life Teen to:

Espace: create and manage room reservations at LBC

A 30-60-90 day review by your manager

Annual Review by your manager

Coordinate details for weekly events (Student Ministry Night on Wednesday nights and Activate on Sunday morning)

Logistics for events outside of LBC including, research, scheduling, making reservations, communication, etc.

Assist with details for larger events such as: Summer Camp and Missions Trips

Must have strong software management, data entry, and task organization skills

Use church management software for organizing and maintaining accurate data entry, group management, meeting space assignments, and event management

Data entry skill & experience

Prepare deposits for ministry areas and expense reimbursement in church management software

Maintain accurate and current records in church management software

Reserve rooms and resources in church management software

Minimum of three years' youth ministry experience preferred.

Primarily concerned with the faith formation of those youth in middle school and high school (grades 6-12)

Minimum of three years' youth ministry experience preferred.
