Minimum of 2-3 years of direct people management experience, including a remote workforce, required

Excellent presentation and facilitation skills to large groups including senior management

Frequently interacts with internal and external management and senior-level customer representatives concerning projects, operational decisions, scheduling requirements, and/or contractual clarifications

Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels and proactively escalate issues to appropriate levels of management in the organization

Lead and develop consistent manager processes for the BU in partnership with leadership

Manage all payment related activities for Clinical and Medical Affairs

Requirements of the Clinical Research BLA Internship

Knowledge of computer software and lab equipment including statistical software, spreadsheets, and lab management systems.

Base pay is commensurate with experience.

Demonstrated ability as a self-starter with strong critical thinking and great attention to detail.

Minimum 3-5 years clinical experience

Previous clinical research experience required

Previous supervisory or leadership experience in health care setting required

Strong leadership and problem solving skills required

Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills required

Strong computer skills preferred including word, excel, and database use
