Understanding and Use of Dispatch, Communication, and Train Management Software

Provide internal/external customer service with professional interpersonal skills.

Appropriately manage both passenger (high speed, long distance, and suburban) and freight traffic

Knowledge and familiarity with the geography and characteristics of dispatch district

Knowledge and protection of the Federal Hours of Service Law, Federal Train Sheet Law, Federal Railroad Radio Rules, etc.

Preferred Qualifications & Work Environment

Create new hire and termination personnel files, create status change forms, and data entry for new hires and terms.

Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and exercise discretion.

Preparing new hire list and agenda and invites for monthly Welcome Experience.

Minimum of 6 months experience, or HR course work or HR internship required.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office

Must be detail-oriented, organized, able to work well independently, and open to learning new skills

Knowledge of the menu, with the ability to make suggestions who asked by members and/or guests

Minimum of 2+ years' experience in similar capacity

Tips certified and POS knowledge

Ensure food orders are finished being plated and coursed out correctly before appropriately serving to members/guests

Clean and stock server alley and expo area

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Bachelor’s degree is preferred, in a Fashion, Retail or related field and/or one year working in retail/contact center/customer service environment

Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus
