Previous experience with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system in a call center environment (Salesforce, Oracle, etc.)

We offer comprehensive benefits packages with compensation that starts at $19.37/hour plus commission.

Minimum of 1 year of "recent" outbound calling experience with a "high" volume (averaging 165 or more calls per day).

Must have strong communication skills (both verbal and written)

This position requires strong persuasive skills and the ability to effectively address objections while maintaining professional and courteous communication.

Meet the quota of 250+ outbound calls daily to prospective students, gauging their level of interest in furthering their education

Other duties as assigned by the Call Center Manager

1-2 years’ experience working in an outbound call center or phone sales environment

Excellent interpersonal skills on both an individual and group basis

Knowledge and ability to proficiently use a computer and related technology including, Zoom, CRM and Live Chat

Starting pay between $11 - $12 an hour depending on experience plus bonus opportunity.

Have a sense of salesmanship

Be willing to hustle to make as much in bonus pay as you do in hourly pay

Be willing and available to work 40 hours a week, EVERY WEEK

Be willing and capable of accepting training and coaching
