Associate Superintendent- Business and Operations

This is a full-time position; 8 hours per day, 260 days per year.

Salary Range: $184,634 to $224,430, DOQ.

Experience with data management and visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Sigma

Familiarity with project management tools like Asana or similar software

Work cross-functionally with the Operations, Marketing, Product, and Finance teams to drive growth in international markets

Monitor, manage, and order inventory across channels to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize stockouts

2+ years of experience in business operations, growth marketing, supply chain, or logistics

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

3+ years experience leading a variety of administrative projects, and/or supporting logistic, program, or business unit department initiatives

Knowledge of financial budgeting and coordinated administrative support for a business unit or department

Ability to maintain, manage, and evaluate business processes as appropriate

Effective verbal and written communication skills

Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business unit operations

Regular and reliable job attendance

2+ years experience in investment banking, private equity, consulting, or corporate finance

Bachelors/Masters Degree in analytical/quantitative field (Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Math, Science, Business)

Experience in SQL, R, Python or Julia is a plus
