Detailed Job Description A Behavioral Technician is responsible for providing direct support to individuals with developmental disabilities, mental health issues, and/or behavioral issues. This includes providing assistance with activities of daily living, such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and housekeeping. They also provide support with communication, socialization, and leisure activities. In addition, they provide assistance with behavior management and crisis intervention. They also provide support to families and caregivers in order to help them better understand and manage the individual’s behavior. Job Skills Required
