Your Role As a Store Manager

You will make sure your store always looks its best!

Support GBD China in project management of registration requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, Marketing or related field of study

Manage logistics of recurring market & internal calls focused on understanding business opportunities, challenges, etc

2-3 years of retail reporting & analysis experience

Strong analytical & communication skills

International experience & multi-lingual preferred, not required

Inform customers about special offers and discount packages

Proven work experience as a Beauty Specialist, Beautician, Beauty Advisor or similar role

Experience in sales positions is a plus

Hands-on experience with makeup application techniques

Solid customer service skills with a positive attitude

Additional education in Cosmetology or relevant field is a plus

Work closely with senior management and cross-functional divisions to ensure all are aligned on business strategies, short and long-term growth objectives

Manage and develop strong vendor relations through regular and consistent communication to ensure a clear understanding of short|long-term goals and capabilities

Administer and manage RFQ packages, execution of contracts, product evaluation, quality issues; create and maintain supplier, product database

Five plus years of experience in buying for Beauty, preferably with an eCommerce brand

Experience working with third-party brands

Advanced experience with Excel and Google Sheets

Collaborate with the social media manager to create social assets: page posts, Instagram stories, animations/gifs.

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience, specifically in digital design; experience in luxury, fashion, and retail brands preferred.

Strong typography skills are a must.

Experience with online media, social networks, and digital trends.

HTML and CSS experience is a plus.

Concept and design assets for 360 campaigns, including emails, ads, social content, blog posts, promotional content, etc.

Assisting with inventory management of the Nutrition department.

Additional duties as assigned by management.

$19 - $24 / hour (based on experience)

Depending on geographic requirements, ability to travel up to 75%, including overnights.
