Directs the activities of all department associates, ensuring proper staffing, discipline, and management

At least 5 years of Automotive or Retail Sales management experience

Provides management support to all sales locations through respective District Managers to maximize vehicle sales and location profitability.

Monitors district/store daily activity and assists with the dealership’s inventory management as needed.

Works with District Managers to direct the hiring, training, and performance management for all store management and retail staff.

Excellent communication (verbal and written) with the ability to interact with all employee levels including executive management.

The Sales Consultant will have good communication skills to match the buyer's vehicle needs with one in the current pre-owned inventory.

Must have an outgoing personality, strong customer service skills, and be self-motivated.
